Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)Basic Life Support (BLS)Health Unit Coordinator (HUC)Patient care

Required

Must have or has had a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, or Emergency Medical technician (EMT) awarded by the State of Wisconsin, or Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) program

Must have or have had a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification and license awarded by the State of Wisconsin as applicable

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire
