Responsibilities
A comprehensive understanding of all aspects of Tool and Die and stamping. Ability to produce precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures from blueprints and or hand sketches
Experience operating Molder or Knife Grinder in a production environmement
Ability to work with engineers and designers to determine how to best address manufacturing issues, part development, and tool designs. Maintain, repair, and improve stamping dies and tooling
Make adjustments to equipment utilized in the production process to ensure part quality and promote continuous improvement to the process
Work safely by yourself and with others maintaining a clean work environment
Must be able to work well with co-workers across the plant from a supportive, Team-oriented perspective
Qualification
Required
