They are seeking an experienced General Maintenance Technician to handle maintenance, plumbing, and electrical service calls, while also assisting higher-level technicians with HVAC and plumbing jobs.

Responsibilities
Responding to general maintenance, plumbing, and electrical service calls
Assist Level II and Level III Technicians in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing jobs where a helper is needed
Perform preventive maintenance lighting and HVAC & R checks
Qualification
Required
General knowledge of maintenance work
Ability to perform maintenance work
Good customer service skills
Effective communication skills
Ability to provide appropriate information on work orders, through emails, and in phone conversations
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Ability to perform strenuous physical labor
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with use of dolly or assistance from another technician
