Arnold Magnetic Technologies is a company seeking a Cylindrical Grinder Technician/Operator. The individual will be responsible for programming, setting up, and running Studer Cylindrical CNC grinders while ensuring production efficiencies and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

Setup and operating Studer CNC cylindrical grinder. Including OD and ID grinding

Writing new programs to meet print requirements

Work must conform to exacting tolerances with allowances made for effects of temperature and aging of materials

Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the grinding process, such as machine malfunctions or quality defects

Able to perform shop math and calculations as necessary to complete assigned tasks

Know different tooling to perform at maximum efficiency

Follow established company policies

Other duties as assigned

Maintain a clean work environment and machine work area

Read process sheets and mechanical drawings
