They are looking for a talented Lash Technician to provide lash and brow services with high levels of quality and care while ensuring excellent customer service.

Personal Care Services

Responsibilities

Ability to apply consecutive eyelash extension appointments during any given shift

Educate the client about lash upgrades and our exclusive aftercare products

Attend industry-related events, training, and product sessions

Maintain a clean and well-stocked eyelash application room

Be responsible with inventory/supplies/tools

Create and apply client-specific, semi-permanent eyelash extensions

Build rapport - create a recurring client base for yourself

Perform daily procedures/applications of our services to scheduled clients at the highest level of quality and care

Qualification

Required

A current Cosmetology or Esthetics license is required

Excellent customer service skills and ability to work professionally with the public

Ability to perform semi-permanent eyelash extensions, volume eyelash extensions, lash and brow tinting, eyelash perming, facial threading, and permanent make-up procedures

Ability to engage and retain customers

Ability to up-sell products and services
