Level 1 IT Support Technician
B&L PC Solutions is a Managed Services Provider (MSP) with over 25 years of experience delivering IT support and solutions. They are hiring a Level 1 IT Support Technician for their St. Petersburg office, where the role involves providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting various IT issues for clients.

Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support for client requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Perform user account setup, password resets, and basic Active Directory tasks
Monitor systems via Datto RMM, applying patches and escalating issues as needed
Assist with client onboarding/offboarding, standard software installs, and workstation setups
Deliver on-site support to end-users, ensuring excellent customer service
Document all work performed in Autotask PSA
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of IT support experience (MSP experience preferred but not required)
Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and networking basics
Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
Ability to work on-site daily and support end-users face-to-face
Preferred
Knowledge of RMM/PSA tools a plus
Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Fundamentals (MS-900, AZ-900)
