They are seeking a Building Maintenance Technician responsible for managing day-to-day maintenance operations, including the maintenance of equipment, electrical, plumbing, and structural areas, while providing exceptional customer service to members and guests.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair all workout and spa equipment

Service and maintain HVAC units

Maintain and repair all plumbing fixtures

Maintain all TV's and AV equipment

Maintain and repair any structural fixtures on the property

Maintain landscape on the property

Develop and maintain maintenance schedule for the gym

Deep clean equipment zone areas

Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service

Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed

Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club

General to advanced knowledge and experience in all areas of building and property maintenance
