Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab
Monitor patient vital signs and provide support during procedures
Assist physicians with catheter placements and other invasive techniques
Maintain and troubleshoot Cath lab equipment and technology
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control standards
Document patient information and procedure details accurately
Collaborate with nursing staff to prepare patients for procedures
Participate in continuing education and training to enhance skills
Qualification
Required
Valid certification as a Cath Lab Technician or Radiologic Technologist
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath lab or similar setting
Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Willingness to participate in on-call rotations as needed
