Responsibilities

Operate CDL and non-CDL vehicles, along with equipment such as air compressors, jackhammers, vac-all, pumps, jet trucks, and vactor units
Perform jetting, access manholes, and assist with water/sewer infrastructure. Assist with installation and repair of valves, hydrants, manholes, sewer lines, and meters
Conduct general maintenance of building grounds, equipment, and snow removal, salting & plowing when needed
Follow work orders, requisitions, and procedures to complete tasks independently
Receive and inspect incoming materials for accuracy and damage
Uses water & sewer line tracing equipment and software as necessary
Erects barricades, directs traffic, and provides courteous customer service
Performs other related tasks as needed

Required

High School diploma or GED equivalent required
Level I requires the ability to obtain: CDL Class B license with air brakes and tanker endorsement within 120 days of hire, and Class E water distribution license and/or collection system license
Level II requires a current & valid: CDL Class B license with air brakes and tanker endorsement, and Class E water distribution license and/or collection system license
Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-3:30 pm. 24/7 stand-by service required for a minimum of 2 weeks per year
Must be able to work in all outside weather conditions
