New Grad, Entry LevelDaVita Kidney Care is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. The role involves providing direct, hands-on care under RN supervision and assisting patients during their dialysis treatment.

Responsibilities
Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
Record vital signs and patient data
Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
Willing to float between local clinics if needed
Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred
CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
