Dartmouth Health is seeking a pharmacy technician to join their Retail Pharmacy team in Lebanon, NH. The role involves performing routine and specialized technical and clerical duties under the supervision of a licensed Pharmacist to ensure effective drug distribution to patients.

Restocks medications daily and maintain workspace cleanliness

Counts, weighs, measures, pours and reconstitutes prescription medication or stock legend drugs and controlled substances

Performs other duties as required or assigned

Required

Be at least 16 years of age

Have a high school or equivalent diploma, or be working to achieve a high school or equivalent diploma

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required within 9 months from date of hire

Ability to work in a fast paced environment with accuracy

Ability to multitask and attention to detail

Ability to maintain composure under stressful situations

Registered Pharmacy Technician with the NH Board of Pharmacy required

If not registered at hire, must register with the Board within 15 days of start of employment as a pharmacy technician and post such registration in the pharmacy within 30 days (NH 803.01; 4)
