Responsibilities

Install, operate, test and maintain manufacturing equipment, including automated and robotic parts
Own mechanical design from concepts through drawing release for hardware required for site operations and program support
Identify blockers, guide processes to address anomalies and performance shortfalls
Meet schedule goals regarding installation, commissioning and deployment of components, sub-assemblies, and top-level facilities

Required

3+ years' experience with installation/testing/commissioning of mechanical, electrical/controls and fluidic systems/facilities
Experience servicing pumps, mixers, heat exchangers, ovens, precision flow meters, instrumentation, data acquisition, power supplies, PLC panels, etc
Demonstrated expertise with Solidworks CAD and PDM or equivalent
Experience working in multidisciplinary teams of ~5 engineers/technicians
Demonstrated electro/mechanical hands-on dis-assembly/assembly and trouble-shooting aptitude
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
Must be a US Persons as defined by § 120.62 of the ITAR
