Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair hardware/software issues on Windows and macOS systems
Resolve boot errors, OS issues, and login problems
Set up or troubleshoot Wi-Fi and wired internet connections
Replace or upgrade hardware (HDD, RAM, cooling fans, etc.)
Configure or connect printers and scanners (Canon, HP, Brother, etc.)
Address common printer error codes (e.g., ink absorber, paper feed, connectivity)
Perform general maintenance on multifunction printers (MFPs)
Reinstall operating systems using bootable USBs or recovery media
Install remote tools or shortcuts as requested
Communicate clearly with customers and provide basic post-service support
Document service visits and escalate complex issues as needed
Qualification
Required
Ability to troubleshoot PCs and Macs
Experience resolving network issues
Experience repairing or configuring printers/scanners
Ability to diagnose and repair hardware/software issues on Windows and macOS systems
Experience resolving boot errors, OS issues, and login problems
Ability to set up or troubleshoot Wi-Fi and wired internet connections
Experience replacing or upgrading hardware (HDD, RAM, cooling fans, etc.)
Ability to configure or connect printers and scanners (Canon, HP, Brother, etc.)
Experience addressing common printer error codes (e.g., ink absorber, paper feed, connectivity)
