Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking an Anesthesia Technician Supervisor who will oversee the daily operations of anesthesia technicians. This role involves providing leadership, developing training programs, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Providing team leadership through guidance, direction and support
Developing and delivering training programs for both new and experienced technicians
Serving as a mentor and coach
Identifying areas for improvement in procedures and equipment
Ensuring that staff members are aware of and adhere to relevant policy and procedures

Qualification

Certified Anesthesia TechBasic Life SupportAnesthesia Technician experiencePatient care knowledgeMultitasking

Required

High School Diploma/GED
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certified Anesthesia Tech (Cer A.T.T.)
Minimum of five (5) years of experience as Anesthesia Technician within a hospital setting
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in the fast paced OR, ASC, or other Anesthesia locations

Preferred

Direct knowledge/experience related to patient care, surgical and anesthesia routines and critical management
1 or more years of Hospital and/or acute care related experience preferred
