Responsibilities

Driving company vehicles with trailers

Ability to read and understand maps & directions

Work with a team

Communicate with customers about scope of work and review necessary paperwork

Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner

Meet deadlines

Possess or have the ability and willingness to learn and participate in performing:

Water restoration

Mold remediation

Trauma scene cleaning

Smoke & fire damage restoration

Carpet & upholstery cleaning

Content cleaning

Lead remediation

Boardup & tarp over services

Commercial grass cutting & snow removal

Property maintenance

Construction projects

Respond to jobs and initiate work in accordance with IICRC standards and Rainbow Restoration's internal processes

Maintain company assets (equipment, vehicles, etc.) keeping them clean, properly maintained and fully stocked to be available at all times

Perform marketing tasks to sell additional services or develop additional business as required

Perform other duties as required. These duties may include job functions that are outside the scope of normal job duties
