In this role, you will operate and troubleshoot the powder coat system while assisting with assembly tasks to ensure high-quality production.

Responsibilities
Operate and monitor powder coat system to maintain quality and uptime
Hang, remove, and handle parts up to 50 lbs. for processing
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
Assist with assembly tasks and general production duties as needed
Follow all safety and housekeeping guidelines
Qualification
Required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
Strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic
Preferred
Powder coating or manufacturing experience preferred – training provided!
