They are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks for HOA-managed communities, requiring a well-rounded skill set and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Perform professional drywall repair, patching, and finishing
Execute finish carpentry and general carpentry repairs
Complete siding repairs (vinyl and wood)
Troubleshoot and complete minor electrical repairs
Assist with other exterior construction or maintenance tasks as assigned
Safely operate ladders reaching 2+ stories when required
Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner
Participate in an on-call rotation with other technicians (additional pay provided)
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in drywall repair, finish carpentry, and general building maintenance
Knowledge of siding repair (vinyl and wood)
Ability to work safely at heights using standard construction ladders
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Basic electrical troubleshooting skills preferred
