The role involves routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and management of gas supply facilities as well as central air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities
To ensure that the company compressed air, gas equipment normal operation
Daily check the air supply facilities and make a record
Responsible for routine maintenance and sudden/emergency failures troubleshooting of gas supply facilities, and make a record
Responsible for the analysis of sudden/emergency failures, and propose solutions
Responsible for monthly maintenance plan and PM plan and implementation according to the operation of the gas supply system and spot checking inspection
Responsible for the preparation of spare parts for gas supply equipment spare parts and spare parts reserve plan, and updated monthly
Responsible for the installation, debugging, acceptance and training of new equipment and air hose
Responsible for the statistics of gas charges, real-time monitor the gas use of the factory, and calculate the cost of gas
Responsible for technical improvement of gas supply facilities
Responsible for the management of special equipment and pressure vessels
Responsible for the maintenance and management of central air conditioning systems and chilled water systems and spare parts
Responsible for each gas station and spare parts 5S management
Responsible for the maintenance and management of the company's logistics doors and access control systems
Responsible for the maintenance and management of the company pager system
Other duties as assigned

Qualification
Required
Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers
Over three years manufacturing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Licensed welder is required
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
The employee is regularly required to stand for long periods
Duties include turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds
Ability to pass static strength requirements (grip)
Visual acuity including, but not limited to: NEAR ACUITY, FAR ACUITY, DEPTH PERCEPTION, COLOR VISION, FIELD OF VISION
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses, hearing protection and steel-toed work boots
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
Knowledge of and familiarity manufacturing software
Can accept overtime during weekend and emergency fixing after work
Own the ability to connect PVC pipe/carbon steel pipe/galvanized pipe
Be able to operate lifts and forklifts
Familiar with office software WORD, EXCEL, CAD
Familiar with electric and mechanical knowledge
Design/installation of utilities in the factory
Training regarding machinery, electrics, equipment management, HVAC and safety training
