Responsibilities

Provide for the physical and emotional needs of clients, including:
Providing meals and snacks
Assisting with personal care
Monitoring medication
Intervening in crisis situations
Facilitate a healthy group living experience, including:
Creating a positive and supportive environment
Managing conflict and enforcing house rules
Participate in a multi-disciplinary treatment team in the care of clients, including: Attending treatment team meetings
Providing input and implementing on treatment plans

Required

High school diploma or GED equivalency
Class E driver's license with good driving record
Strong customer service focus
Excellent time management
Oral and written communication skills
Word, Excel, and e-mail applications proficiency
Must be 21 years old to apply
