The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting surgeons during surgical procedures by preparing and maintaining sterile fields, passing instruments, and ensuring the operating room is set up properly.

Prepare and maintain sterile fields before and during surgical procedures
Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons as needed
Assist with patient positioning and draping
Maintain inventory of surgical supplies and equipment
Ensure operating room is set up properly for each procedure
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a Scrub Technician program
Previous experience as a Scrub Technician
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Ophthalmology experience
