Responsibilities
Perform pressure washing of exterior surfaces (driveways, siding, patios)
Provide interior and exterior window cleaning for homes and businesses
Clean and maintain rain gutters and downspouts
Conduct dryer vent cleanings to improve efficiency and safety
Clean solar panels to maximize performance
Use safe, effective methods for roof washing and soft washing
Complete general interior and exterior cleaning tasks for residential, office, and commercial properties
Operate cleaning equipment, tools, and safety gear
Communicate with customers on-site in a professional, respectful manner
Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualification
Required
Experience in exterior cleaning, janitorial work, or a similar field is a plus—but not required
Comfortable working at heights (ladders, roofs)
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual work
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
