Responsibilities

Support and maintain electrical and process controls in a bakery manufacturing environment

Solve complex automation issues through various control systems such as RS Logix 5000, Studio 5000, RSNetworx, FactoryTalk Studio ME, and FactoryTalk Studio SE

Program, service, repair, and maintain instrumentation, electrical, and process controls

Maintain and update electrical schematics using AutoCAD

Required

Solve complex automation issues through various control systems such as RS Logix 5000, Studio 5000, RSNetworx, FactoryTalk Studio ME, and FactoryTalk Studio SE

Program, service, repair, and maintain instrumentation, electrical, and process controls

Maintain and update electrical schematics using AutoCAD

Strong PLC/PAC/HMI/Networking programming knowledge utilizing Allen-Bradley RSLogix 500, RSLogix 5000, Studio 5000, FactoryTalk Studio ME/SE, RSNetworx, Ethernet/IP, AutoCad, and MS Office Suite

Must understand the theory and operation of Variable Frequency Drives with an emphasis on Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 40, 40P, 70, 700 Series, and 525

Solid understanding of networking VFD's (ControlNet and Ethernet) is a must

Solid understanding and ability to tackle electrical circuits and motors up to and including 480 volts

Proven experience operating DMM and clamp on ammeter

In lieu of formal training, five (5) years experience in the maintenance of processing, plant electrical, and/or instrumentation will be considered

Education: AA/AS Degree

Minimum Years of Experience: 3 - 5

Preferred

National Electrical code application experience is a plus

Electrical power distribution preferred
