Registered Behavior Technician - RBT/BT - Part-Time
Texas ABA Centers is a growing healthcare company that values its team members and offers training for aspiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The role involves supporting individuals with autism, teaching daily living and social skills, and collaborating with clinical teams to implement therapy sessions.

Responsibilities
Support individuals with autism in the home, in the community, or in one of our new centers
Teach daily living skills and social skills using effective behavior and evidence-based treatments
Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions
Collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training
Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Proactively communicate and collaborate effectively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, Executive Directors, and additional team members to support the client's needs
Performs other clerical and administrative duties as assigned to support operations
Qualification
Required
Must love working with kids
Ability to support individuals with autism
Ability to teach daily living skills and social skills
Ability to collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data
Ability to collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings
Ability to implement training and therapy sessions designed by a BCBA
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members
