Responsibilities
Fix, repair, replace, refurbish and restore while we’re on the job
Maintain and preserve the multimillion-dollar apartment community
Carry out all aspects of daily apartment maintenance
Perform emergency repairs
Conduct unit turnovers
Help accomplish asset preservation objectives of ownership
Qualification
Required
Hands on maintenance experience in a residential, commercial, or industrial facility environment
Ability to communicate and interact very well with team members and residents
Ability to meet deadlines consistently
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred
Previous maintenance experience
College degree
