They are seeking a Chemotherapy Mixing Technician to prepare, compound, and dispense medical prescriptions under the supervision of the Medical Director while maintaining inventory and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Preparing prescription orders accurately and efficiently, verifying prescription information and dosage
Providing quality customer service to patients and other healthcare providers
Maintaining inventory & maintains a safe and clean dispensary
Maintaining records by recording and filing physician’s orders and prescriptions
Contributes to a team effort by accomplishing goals, seeking opportunities for development, and promoting a positive environment
Qualification
Required
Graduate of a National Board-Certified Technician Certification program
Active Pharmacy Technician license through the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy
Preferred
Clinic pharmacy experience highly preferred
Sterile Compounding experience highly preferred
