Pharmacy Technician
Aptive Resources is seeking Certified Pharmacy Technicians to join their Meds by Mail program in Dublin, GA, which supports various pharmacy benefits management programs for Veterans. Responsibilities
Accurately read, interpret, and enter prescriptions
Communicate with providers, patients, and caregivers to resolve prescription issues
Process refills, renewal requests, and returned medications per MbM policy
Operate pharmacy automation, scanning, and data-entry systems
Support call center operations by triaging patient inquiries
Identify potential duplicate therapies and escalate to pharmacists
Maintain compliance with MbM safety and quality reporting protocols
Qualification
Required
Certified by the National Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) (at onboarding or within 6 months)
At least 6 months' experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting, OR graduate of an accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program
High school diploma or GED required
Proficiency with basic typing, PC skills, and pharmacy information systems
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
