Kids Club ABA is redefining the world of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children, providing individualized, high-quality care in a fun environment. The Behavior Technician (BT) will implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to assist clients, particularly children with autism spectrum disorder, in improving their social, communication, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities

The Behavior Technician (BT) will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA
The Behavior Technician (BT) will implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress
The Behavior Technician (BT) will assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment and behavior plans
Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies
Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records
Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions
Conduct structured teaching sessions based on the principles of ABA

Qualification

Required

Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities
Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents
Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus
Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices
