Mid LevelCooperidge Consulting is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC/R Technicians on behalf of one of our trusted industrial services clients. This role supports a respected service team that handles maintenance and repair for commercial, retail, and grocery environments, focusing on troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems across multiple sites.

Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC/R systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and system malfunctions
Perform routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC/R systems
Document all service activities and maintain accurate records
Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on services and recommendations
Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices while on the job
Provide mentorship and training to junior technicians as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Commercial HVAC/R Technician
Ability to install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC/R systems
Skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment and system malfunctions
Experience performing routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC/R systems
Ability to document all service activities and maintain accurate records
Effective communication skills to provide updates on services and recommendations to clients
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices while on the job
Ability to provide mentorship and training to junior technicians as needed
