5+ years expUnderground Solutions, a subsidiary of Azuria Water Solutions, is seeking a Field Fusion Technician. This remote position involves fusing patented Fusible PVC® pipe and providing on-site assistance to installation contractors in various locations including Delaware and Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities
Responsible for fusing our patented Fusible PVC® pipe by means of a thermal butt fusion technology and providing on-site assistance to installation contractors in a fast-paced, small company atmosphere
Providing PVC fusion services while working closely with contractors on the jobsite
Represent our company on the job site and must be able to conduct themselves professionally
Training and assisting customers with various fusion joining and field installation processes
Travel to and from work sites with extended assignments of one to two weeks at a time
Perform maintenance of fusion machines
Working outdoors and on-site to exacting QA/QC specifications and documentation requirements
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
5 years of construction experience, ideally with some Fusible PVC or HDPE experience
Effectively correspond and verbally communicate in a professional manner with general and drilling contractors and co-workers
Must be mechanically inclined with strong problem solving and organizational skills
Must have a valid driver's license, clear driving record, and have or able to obtain a DOT medical card with DOT physical
Self-motivated with ability to work independently with minimal supervision from a remote home office
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time (nationwide with occasional international) with extended assignments of one to two weeks at a time
Computer literacy with ability to learn quickly
Preferred
Experience with the construction process and methods for pipeline installation
