Responsibilities

Install and integrate sensors, compute modules, wiring harnesses, and other custom hardware
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on robotic systems and vehicle platforms
Perform preventative maintenance, retrofits, and hardware updates as needed
Support field deployments by providing on-site service, troubleshooting, and hardware swaps
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support testing and prototyping
Maintain tools, inventory, and clear documentation of repairs and procedures

Required

Experience in automotive service, automotive retrofit, robotics, or similar technical field
Experience using mechanical and electrical tools, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment
Ability to read and follow mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams
Comfortable working with AC/DC systems, connectors, and electronic modules
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in field environments
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Team player with good communication and adaptability

Preferred

Experience with electric vehicles, autonomous systems, or sensor installation
Soldering, crimping, or basic prototyping skills
