The Fulfillment Operations Technician will ensure seamless medication delivery, operate advanced packaging and dispensing equipment, and support various areas within pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

The ability to adhere to Remedi’s Code of Conduct, follow Remedi Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance Officer

Operate and troubleshoot Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment

Set up packaging lots and follow inventory schedules

Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment

Replenish supplies across packaging, dispensing, and staging areas

Respond quickly to equipment faults and workflow issues

Use systems like Paxit Manager and Framework for order tracking

Perform audits, packaging scans, and short-fill checks

Stage and tote prescriptions with accurate labeling

Assist with bulk dispensing, labeling, and 'owes' processing

Communicate delays and inventory needs to the team

Required

High School diploma or equivalent

Basic computer skills required, along with a solid grasp of medical terminology, math, and analytical skills
