Responsibilities
You will assist with Facilities work orders/PMs
You will run and maintain a floor scrubber
You will assist with maintenance functions, such as PM/repairs to conveyor systems and other power equipment
You will be performing light electrical repairs, plumbing, and carpentry
You will use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools
You will use ladders when required in work assignments
You will follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies
You will perform external cleaning and related activities such as removing snow or debris from sidewalks using hand-operated tools or small power equipment
You will assist with Custodial duties as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of maintenance experience
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Computer skills (Microsoft Word and Outlook)
Detail oriented
Work independently and stay on task with limited supervision
Meet strict deadlines on a regular basis
Multi-task and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment
Able to consistently climb, crouch, stand, and walk on a concrete floor for an 8-hour day
Able to work at heights (40 ft and below)
Run PIT equipment
