Calibration Technician II
Applied Industrial Technologies is a leading industrial distributor serving various industries. The Calibration Technician II is responsible for performing calibrations, qualifications, and preventive maintenance with minimal supervision while developing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
Complete calibrations, qualifications, and PMs with accurate GxP documentation, following PCI and client policies
Perform flow, conductivity, pH, mass, and dimensional calibrations with guidance
Identify new business opportunities and relay leads to leadership
Assist in the handling and maintenance of PCI and client-owned equipment
Develop client relationships and provide excellent customer service
Maintain safety standards on-site and identify potential safety issues
Complete timesheets and assist others with proper coding
Qualification
Required
Expanded understanding of calibration concepts, accuracy testing, and uncertainty ratios
Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs
Strong understanding of GMP and Life Science regulations
Experience with a variety of laboratory equipment (incubators, centrifuges, spectrophotometers, etc.)
Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
A two-year degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Electronics, or related field
Two years of applicable calibration, instrumentation, or metrology experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Preferred
Quality System/Pharmaceutical experience preferred
