Responsibilities
Provide on-site support for maintenance and repair of specialized industrial machines and systems
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and schematics to conduct repairs and modifications
Analyze and repair electrical systems including 480V and control voltages
Conduct hydraulic system diagnostics and perform repairs on high-pressure systems (up to 5000 PSI)
Maintain clear and detailed documentation of service work and repairs
Collaborate with engineering and technical support teams to resolve complex issues
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all work
Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, recommendations, and training as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in machine or industrial maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or automation environments
Associate degree or certification in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience
Strong ability to read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and blueprints
Solid understanding of electrical systems, including troubleshooting of 480V and low-voltage controls
Proficient in hydraulic system repair, including valves, pistons, rams, and diagnostic tools
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments
Strong customer service and communication skills—both written and verbal
Able to work independently with minimal supervision; proactive and fast-thinking
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety
Must be able to lift and move materials weighing up to 40 lbs
Must have a valid driver's license and clean criminal record
