Fluidra North America is an industry-leading global company specializing in pool and spa equipment. They are seeking a Machine Operator - Rotomolding Technician to oversee daily operations of the rotational molding machine, ensuring quality standards and providing training to employees.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of assigned rotational molding machine and oven

Ensure operating and quality standards are met for all product produced in assigned area

Provide safety and operational training to employees in assigned roto molding area

Offer recommendations to improve production processes for better time management and quality work habits

Will be back up for Roto Molding Technician II when they are absent

Performs other duties as assigned

Qualification

Roto Molding experienceQuality control experienceManufacturing environment experienceSafety trainingTeam collaboration

Required

3 Years experience with Roto Molding or similar role in a manufacturing environment

Roto molding machine, personal computer (including word processing and spreadsheet software), calculator, scales, and measuring devices

Preferred

High School graduate or equivalent preferred

Quality control experience is preferred
