3+ years expAce Hardware is a trusted provider of home preservation services with a legacy of nearly 100 years. They are seeking an HVAC Service Technician responsible for servicing HVAC systems, troubleshooting, performing maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Responsible for servicing all system issues on time and to the customers satisfaction
Troubleshoot and repair customer systems
Perform scheduled maintenance
Perform warranty work
Suggest system improvements, and modifications
Work on HVAC equipment, furnaces, gas boilers, and zone systems
Qualification
Required
Min 3 years Residential HVAC experience
High school diploma/GED
EPA Universal certification
Self-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives
No sales pressure environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Customer service oriented
Superior trouble-shooting/diagnostic and repair skills for a/c systems, gas and oil furnaces, gas and oil boilers, zone systems and other HVAC equipment
Clean driving record
Physically able to work on HVAC units
Will be required to work in settings with extreme cold or extreme heat, depending on time of year
Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders
Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time
Preferred
Degree in Heating and Air Conditioning Technology a plus
