Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
Assist in inspecting vehicles for additional service needs and report findings to Service Advisors
Complete work accurately and efficiently while following dealership quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Follow all safety procedures and dealership guidelines
Support fellow technicians and service team members as needed
Participate in ongoing training to develop skills and industry knowledge
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of automotive systems and tools, or willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and good time management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Clear communication skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record (past 5 years)
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Technical or vocational automotive training is a plus
ASE or equivalent certification is a bonus
