They are seeking a Restoration Cleaning Technician to assist customers by cleaning and restoring contents affected by fire, water, or mold damage, while also performing general cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

Pack out and inventory customers contents to clean and store in house

High detail clean of customer's contents and rooms

Obtain proper documentation of dirty, damaged, and cleaned contents

Pack back customer's contents to home in proper rooms

Perform production processes as directed, including: fire and water cleanup, general cleaning, smoke damage/odor removal, and mold damage cleaning; following SERVPRO production guidelines per work order and crew chief

Ensure clear two-way communication with crew chief and other technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns)

Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown

Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance
