Responsibilities

Equipment Installation: Install industrial equipment and machinery with precision and adherence to specifications

Equipment Bring-Up and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues during equipment setup and operation

Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular preventative maintenance to ensure long-term reliability and performance

Machine Commissioning: Oversee commissioning processes and provide troubleshooting support as needed

Facilities Workshop Maintenance: Manage and maintain the workshop to ensure it is fully operational and organized

Collaboration with Engineering Teams: Work closely with engineers to provide design feedback, assist with project execution, and support commissioning activities

Environmental conditions management ensuring clean room status is meet and maintained

Required

High school diploma or equivalency certificate

At least 7 year working experience with installing, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintaining specialty industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment

Must be willing and able to work with powered lift equipment – for example forklift or aerial lifts at heights > 80'

Basic working knowledge data collection, excel

Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds on some occasions, stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours (with breaks), and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach

Able to obtain and maintain a US Passport & must meet customs entry requirements to include but not limited to: Yellow Fever vaccine and other immunization requirements as recommended by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

Ability to pass Kennedy Space Center background checks
