Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and diagnose a variety of service issues
Perform repairs, part replacements, and system maintenance
Manage materials, schedules, and ensure quality work
Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Document work performed and report recurring issues to management
Be available for on-call and overtime work as needed
Follow all applicable safety guidelines and regulations
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Relevant experience in service work
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Certifications or licenses relevant to the specific trade
