New Grad, Entry LevelVoda Cleaning & Restoration specializes in a variety of cleaning and restoration services for homes and businesses. The Restoration Technician will assist in retaining customers by delivering timely and effective restoration services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining equipment and inventory.
Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Effectively perform all restoration services the company offers. (Note: Compensation levels will reflect the skill level of the Technician. Hourly rate increases as the ability to perform water mitigation, mold, trauma scene, and asbestos certifications are added.)
Communicate effectively with customers
Perform basic equipment maintenance
Perform basic vehicle maintenance
Inspect completed work
Complete the technician’s daily log
Complete Work Orders
Complete appropriate restoration documentation
Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles
Maintain inventory of related supplies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma (or GED)
Adequate math skills
Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units
Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity
Certification in performing appropriate services: Water Mitigation, Mold, etc
