Assuring that all products meet the highest standard of quality
Performing pre-inspection and post-inspection of cores and materials
Following all safety rules and ISO requirements
Adhering to all company rules and policies
Keeping work areas clean and organized
Ensuring that work practices are in the guidelines of OSHA standards
Ensuring machines are running properly to avoid unnecessary down time
Finishing units to the production specification sheet
Performing Total Preventive Maintenance duties

Qualification

Required

Ability to set up finishing machines and an understanding of machine settings and functions
Ability to operate a hoist properly and safely
Ability to stand for extensive periods of time
