Responsibilities
Conduct equipment fittings to provide guests with comfortable and properly sized ski gear
Perform routine maintenance and tuning of skis and snowboards
Assist guests in selecting the appropriate equipment based on their skill level and preferences
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the ski rental area
Collaborate with team members to efficiently manage rental inventory
Provide friendly and informative customer service, addressing inquiries and offering assistance
Uphold safety standards and guidelines in all rental processes
Qualification
Required
High school education or equivalent
Sound knowledge base of ski/snowboard industry and equipment operation
Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team

Previous rental experience preferred
