Responsibilities

Oversee Repair and Maintenance of Mechanical and all other related service categories such as: HVAC, Plumbing, Lighting, Electrical, Carpentry, Drywall/Patching, Painting and other Projects

Ensure their sites follow local and state codes and regulations and FLS (Fire Life Safety)

Manage and ensure preventative maintenance using our CMMS Software (Work Order System)

Obtain maintenance bids and supervising contractual maintenance projects as needed

Report to the Director of Facilities
