Responsibilities
Pick, package, and ship orders with a high degree of accuracy following standard operating procedures
Operate RF scanners, SAP, or other warehouse management systems
Schedule and process outgoing shipments via FedEx, UPS, and local courier services
Inspect and identify any nonconforming materials or labeling issues
Track key performance metrics such as daily order volume and shipment accuracy
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure on-time and compliant delivery
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, and walk throughout the shift
Preferred
3 years of warehouse experience preferred
SAP or Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
Dangerous Goods certification is a plus
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office applications)
