Responsibilities

Setup, operate and maintains manual and automated dispensing/kitting equipment
Pulls products from inventory and assemble components into kits and kit sub-assemblies using quality system documents, including kit packaging diagrams (KPDs)
Accurately completes all required written documentation for batch records, using good documentation practices
Reports quality issues and non-conformances to area supervisor in a timely manner
Follows contamination prevention procedures including cleaning production areas and equipment
Works in a team environment, both within the department and when collaborating with other departments
Demonstrates inclusion through their own words and actions and is accountable for a safe workspace. Acts with kindness, curiosity, and respect for others
Embracing and being open to incorporating Promega’s 6 Emotional & Social Intelligence (ESI) core principles in daily work
Understands and complies with ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements applicable to our business

Required

High School diploma or proven work experience that ensures you are ready to be successful in this role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain constructive working relationships
Ability to work quickly and accurately
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at one time
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Competency in general math
Self-motivated and positive approach to work
Dependable and reliable

Preferred

Prior experience in a production environment
Experience working in an ISO 9000 or cGMP environment
Computer experience in ERP System such as SAP
