They are seeking a Rental Service & Repair Technician responsible for performing equipment assembly, troubleshooting, and rental repairs, while maintaining product knowledge and communicating with the sales team.

Responsibilities

Perform computer related tasks such as order fulfillment, inventory transactions, and shipping paperwork
Responsible for rental repairs including installing replacement parts to rebuild rental equipment
Maintain product knowledge, inventory transactions, and the equipment needed to test machines
Log equipment in and out of the system based on customer info provided
Able to complete repair estimates for customer-owned equipment
Communicate with the sales team to understand customer requirements
Keep work area clean and perform all duties in a safe effective and efficient manner
Additional duties and tasks as assigned

Qualification

Equipment troubleshootingInterpret drawingsPower tools proficiencyBasic computer skillsCommunication skills

Required

HS diploma, GED required
1 year of relevant experience is preferred
Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
Ability to communicate with others and problem-solve as necessary
Good communication skills
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to work independently
Basic computer skills/knowledge of Word and Excel computer programs

Preferred

1 year of relevant experience is preferred
Aptitude with various power tools is preferred
