Responsibilities

Provide love, care, and attention to all animals, ensuring they are treated with the respect they deserve

Prepare and serve meals, conduct feeding trials, and ensure animals always have access to fresh water

Keep animal enclosures clean and odor-free, while maintaining the highest safety standards

Help socialize, exercise, and provide olfactory/natural enrichment for dogs and cats

Observe and report animal behaviors, health conditions, and report any concerns to the appropriate team members

Accurately record animal information, complete necessary visual management charts, and contribute to daily huddles

Assist with animal introductions, manage supplies, and help with the acquisition of new animals as needed

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to safely follow safety protocols and established safety standards

Passion for working with animals and socializing them in a positive, off-leash environment

Capability to assess animal health and provide proper care

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform other physical tasks as needed

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in animal science

Minimum of 1 year of experience in animal care
