Responsibilities

Assist the pharmacist with medication reconciliation tasks by interviewing patients, obtaining and updating the medication history, and documenting it in the electronic medication record
All duties are performed independently by the technician under the supervision of a pharmacist
Work rotating shifts - days/evenings and rotating weekends
