Maintenance Technician III

Responsibilities
Lead advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems
Serve as a lead technician on critical repair work and major equipment overhauls
Coordinate and execute predictive and preventive maintenance tasks to minimize unplanned downtime
Mentor and provide hands-on training to Tech I and Tech II team members
Support planning and execution of capital improvement projects and equipment installations
Collaborate with Engineering and Production to improve equipment performance and reliability
Perform precision alignment, calibration, and instrumentation tasks
Interpret complex technical documents, wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
Lead root cause failure analysis and implement long-term corrective actions
Ensure maintenance activities comply with all safety and environmental standards
Manage CMMS documentation for critical repairs and equipment history tracking
Support spare parts identification and procurement through collaboration with Maintenance Planner or Inventory Coordinator
Recommend and help implement process improvements and standard work instructions
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
At least 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience is preferred
